Shipping Areas

We only ship to regions permitted by law. We cannot ship to areas where there are restrictions on the sale of alcohol.

Customer Responsibility

The customer must provide a valid address and ensure that there is a person of legal age to receive the order.

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns, except in the following cases:

To manage an incident, the customer must contact our team within 48 hours of receiving the order, providing photographic evidence.

Reservations and availability

• All reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

• Applications will be confirmed by email once reviewed.

• Rates are per person and cover only the services described in each experience.

Requirements to participate

• The Agave Tour requires a minimum group of 4 people.

• To participate in the mezcal tastings, attendees must be of legal age (18 years or older) and present a valid official ID.

Recommendations for the Agave Tour

• The experience includes an outdoor walk; it is recommended to wear comfortable clothing, appropriate footwear and sun protection.

• It is recommended to bring water to stay hydrated.

Mezcal tastings

• The tastings are guided and have an educational and responsible approach.

• Casas Viejas promotes responsible alcohol consumption and reserves the right to suspend the tasting of any person who fails to comply with this principle.

Conduct and safety

• Casas Viejas reserves the right to refuse service to persons under the influence of substances that may affect their behavior or compromise the experience of other visitors.

• Participation in the tour or tasting is not permitted for persons who are intoxicated.

Privacy of experiences

• All experiences are private and exclusive for reserved groups.

• The incorporation of additional participants requires prior authorization.

Modification or cancellation of reservations

• Modifications: Changes to the reservation date are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.

• Cancellations:

  • If cancelled more than 48 hours in advance, 80% of the total amount will be refunded.

  • If cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, there will be no refund.

• In case of extreme weather conditions or other factors beyond our control, Casas Viejas may reschedule the experience at no additional cost.
